How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (June through September and fall colour weeks in October). Last-minute bookings may be accommodated if space is available.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled walk receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be rescheduled to an alternative date within six months. No-shows are non-refundable.

Are children allowed on walks?

Children aged twelve and above are welcome on most routes. Some routes with challenging terrain are limited to adults. Contact us for family-friendly recommendations.

What about accessibility?

Several of our routes are accessible for walkers with mobility limitations. Please contact us with your specific needs and we can recommend suitable options or arrange accommodations.

Do you operate in winter?

Yes. We offer winter shoreline walks with appropriate equipment and safety precautions. Winter walks showcase ice formations, wildlife activity, and the quiet beauty of the frozen lakes.
