We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule walks due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or insufficient participants. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.
Participants must meet the age and fitness requirements for their chosen walk. Some routes are limited to adults or require a certain level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to accurately assess your ability to participate.
You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your participation. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we reasonably believe it would pose a safety risk.
Participants must follow the instructions of guides, respect wildlife and natural environments, and behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is inappropriate, without refund.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your participation in our walks shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific walk in question.
