Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed preparation guide including suggested clothing, footwear recommendations, and meeting point instructions. We provide all necessary equipment beyond personal hiking gear.
Each walk includes a brief orientation, continuous guide commentary on local ecology and history, and rest breaks as needed. Day walks include light refreshments; extended experiences include full meals. Our guides carry first aid equipment and communication devices on all routes.
We welcome individuals, couples, families with children over twelve, and small groups. Our walks accommodate various fitness levels, though specific routes have noted difficulty ratings. If you have concerns about a particular route, contact us beforehand.
We operate in most weather conditions with appropriate adjustments. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, walks may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance.
